Lot Size: 202 acres

Proposed for 202 acres in Loxahatchee, Project Tango is set to become one of Florida's largest digital infrastructure hubs, featuring a massive 3.7 million-square-foot campus. Developed by PBA Holdings, the project is strategically sited next to Florida Power & Light's 3,750 MW West County Energy Center.

While the site received a recommendation for approval from the Zoning Commission in late 2025, the Palm Beach County Commission has postponed the final vote until April 23, 2026. This delay allows for further investigation into community concerns regarding noise pollution, "heat island" effects, and the potential impact on the neighboring Arden residential community and local water resources.

The 6,500 square-foot facility was originally designed and built by Global Crossing in 2003 and operated as a private data center until 2011. In 2011, the property was upgraded to serve as a public data center offering customers a fully redundant facility with one megawatt of IT capacity.
