In April 2026, the partnership advanced through a formal site securing and development agreement, with Fortum continuing to support permitting and power infrastructure while Nscale moves toward finalizing land acquisition. The facility’s capacity, layout, and construction timeline have not yet been disclosed and are expected to be determined during the upcoming design and permitting phases.
