This massive development utilizes a 37-hectare former industrial site to offer a secure, scalable campus powered by 100% renewable energy and supported by Finland's robust national grid.

A standout feature of the project is its deep integration with local sustainability goals: through a strategic partnership with EcoGrid Energy and Pori Energia, the facility will capture and redirect excess heat into the city’s district heating network, effectively warming the homes of East Pori.

With construction beginning in 2026, the campus is positioned to become one of the premier hubs for sustainable digital infrastructure in the Nordic region.
