nLighten LTN1 (Milton Keynes) was integrated into the nLighten portfolio in September 2023 through the acquisition of Proximity Data Centres. Located at 1 Brick Close in Kiln Farm, the facility occupies a former bank processing center converted for high-density colocation.
The site currently offers 500 m² of technical space and is engineered to support AI-ready workloads with power densities ranging from 15 kW to 150+ kW per cabinet using rear-door cooling. In 2024, the facility was further upgraded with a rooftop array of over 1,000 solar panels as part of a transition to 100% carbon-free energy operations.
