Expansion and Acquisitions

nLighten has grown rapidly through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions:

• In June 2023, the company acquired Euclyde Data Centers, a French regional platform with six carrier-neutral data centers.
• In September 2023, nLighten completed the acquisition of Proximity Data Centers, a leading UK edge platform with ten carrier-neutral data centers.
• The company also acquired 10 carrier data center sites from its sister company Exa Infrastructure.
