The NexQuantum AI Digital Park is a newly announced RM8 billion (~$1.8–$2 billion USD) data center masterplan located across 140 acres within the Silver Valley Technology Park (SVTP) in Perak, Malaysia.

Developed via a joint venture between local firm Cahya Suria Services and China's Suzhou EnnoThing Technology (a Foxconn Ennoconn subsidiary), the digital park will eventually feature eight data center buildings designed for high-performance computing. Construction on the flagship phase, NQ1, which is a Tier III AI-ready facility utilizing advanced liquid cooling tech to support heavy GPU workloads, is scheduled to break ground later in 2026 with an aggressive 14-month fast-track completion timeline.
