The Vance County data center project is a major land assembly near Henderson, North Carolina, led by Natelli Investments LLC.
Following the rezoning of a core 40-acre parcel on US-158 Business, the developer is combining 113 acres of newly secured land with the adjacent 506-acre Triangle North Vance business park to form a continuous 619-acre industrial corridor near I-85. Pivotally launched after local pushback forced Natelli to withdraw its 250MW proposal in Apex, the project is already facing intense community opposition and resident calls for a data center moratorium.
Natelli Communities (and its affiliate, Natelli Holdings) is a Gaithersburg, MD-based developer specializing in master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and data centers.
