Their data center subsidiary, Microsoft Payments Malaysia, has purchased a 91,249-square-meter site within the Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park from Crescendo Corp. for 119.8 million ringgit ($27 million). This latest acquisition marks Microsoft's fourth land investment in the Johor region.

Availability Zones

Availability Zones are physically separate locations within an Azure region. Each Availability Zone is made up of one or more data centers equipped with independent power, cooling, and networking.
