M-VAULT 6 is MEEZA’s flagship data-centre campus under construction at Umm Qarn (Um Garn), about thirty kilometres north of Doha. It is the main site in the company’s current build-out with M-VAULT 7 and 8, backed in part by Dukhan Bank Murabaha facilities. Only the first phase is timed: already pre-sold, described as AI-ready, with foundations started in early 2026 and ready-for-service targeted for the second half or end of 2027.
