Israeli data center company MedOne is developing two new underground data centers outside Tel-Aviv in Kfar Yona.

The facilities will be spread over three underground floors in an area of approximately 30,000 sqm (322,920 sq ft).
The first facility on the campus – located north of Tel-Aviv – will open during Q4 2026, with the second due to be launched in 2027.
