Israeli data center operator MedOne has promoted CEO Ronnie Sadeh to president after more than 15 years in the role. Sadeh, who joined the company’s leadership team in 2009, will be succeeded as CEO by Eitan Damari, a former executive at Taavura Holdings Group and Livnat Group.

Founded in 1997 by the Livnat family, MedOne provides colocation, interconnection, and cloud services. The company specializes in underground data centers and operates facilities in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, and Tirat HaCarmel, with additional underground sites under development in Kfar Yona, Ramla, and Dimona.

The Livnat family sold a 49 percent stake in MedOne to US private equity firm Berkshire Partners in 2022. The company also received investment from the van Rooyen Group, led by former Cologix CEO and current Tract CEO Grant van Rooyen.MedOne_Eitan_Damari.width-358.jpg
