APAC data center operator Digital Edge is building its Navi Mumbai campus in India. The 47-acre site is the company’s first data center project in India, representing a total investment of $2 billion. The first phase, dubbed BOM1, was completed in Q4 2025, with the rest of the campus expected to be developed in later phases.
Plans for the campus were first announced in January 2023, when Digital Edge partnered with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) and AGP DC InvestCo Pte Ltd to develop a pan-Indian data center portfolio.

The Data center building is a part of CapitaLand's Navi Mumbai Campus in India. The 6.6-acre greenfield site will be developed in phases up to 575,000 sq ft (53,400 sqm).
