Hyperco has acquired a 130-hectare plot in Pyhäjoki’s Keskikylä area for the development of a large-scale data center. Preliminary plans indicate the potential for up to 300,000 square meters (approximately 3.23 million square feet) of floor space.
Hyperco and the Pyhäjoki municipality signed a preliminary property transaction agreement on November 27, 2024, and have initiated the zoning process. The zoning is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, paving the way for construction to begin thereafter.
