Helios Nordic Energy Finland Oy is the Finnish subsidiary of Sweden's Helios Nordic Energy AB, founded in 2019 by Andreas Tunbjer, Magnus Rahm, and Johan Lundin. The Finnish entity was incorporated in January 2023, registered under Finnish business ID 3335744-4, and headquartered in Helsinki. Rather than operating facilities, Helios works as a land and project developer, managing site selection, permitting, and grid connection before handing projects to investors once they reach ready-to-build status.
