Google plans to expand its presence in Taiwan with a potential third data center. The tech giant could invest around NT$3.64 billion ($123.33 million) to acquire land in an industrial park located in Yunlin. A substantial plot measuring 198,000 square meters (2,140,000 square feet), made up of six separate parcels, was recently purchased by Beckett Enterprises LLC. Industry insiders speculate that Google might be the actual entity behind this acquisition.
