Groot LLC has proposed "Project Pyramid," a five-building data center campus in West Memphis, Arkansas. Local media speculates that Google may be involved.

Groot submitted plans for the project to the US Army Corps of Engineers for environmental approval. The data center campus will span 580 acres of a 1,178-acre property located on the south side of Bollinger Road. It will include five data center buildings and an on-site substation, with power supplied by Entergy Arkansas. Groot reportedly acquired the land parcels in November 2024.
