Google is set to build a $3 billion data center campus project in Stillwater. The project, planned for 400 acres of state-owned land north of the former Armstrong facility, could include up to six data centers. Stillwater's Planning Commission has unanimously approved the first two phases, each comprising approximately 300,000 square feet. Phase I could be operational by 2027. Each data center is projected to generate tax revenue equivalent to 250 new houses valued at $300,000 each, bringing significant economic benefits to the city, state, and country.
