Google: Meitner Energy Center

Site planned for 2027 and has expansions through 2028

The Meitner Energy Center is a massive $14 billion hyperscale data center campus located in Gray and Roberts counties near Pampa, Texas. Originally initiated by Intersect Power and now integrated into Google’s infrastructure footprint, the phased development will feature four data center buildings.

To support Google’s 24/7 clean energy goals, the campus is uniquely co-located with over 1 GW of dedicated wind, solar, and battery storage assets, while utilizing advanced air-cooling technology to eliminate water consumption.
