Google recently expanded its footprint in Ohio, acquiring nearly 85 acres of land in New Albany, outside Columbus, for $63 million. The property, located at 2565 Harrison Road NW, was purchased from DBT-Data, a real estate investment firm specializing in data center development. DBT-Data had bought the parcel for approximately $23 million in January 2023.
