Goodman’s new data-center campus is being built inside Tsukuba City Business Park, on a 45-hectare (≈111-acre) site it bought from the Ibaraki prefectural government in 2022. The park itself is in the Ōho district of Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, about 50 km north-east of central Tokyo. The first phase is scheduled to go live in 2026 as part of a staged 1 GW build-out.
