The Argaman Group, a real estate firm, is developing a new data center campus called Frank Cube in Birstein, approximately 60km northeast of Frankfurt. This facility is planned for an 11-hectare site in the Main-Kinzig district and is scheduled to launch in 2028.

The facility will be powered by a hybrid energy solution, utilizing both an on-site gas plant and nearby wind turbines.
