Site planned for 2029 and has expansions through 2030

Conway City Council has approved a memorandum of understanding with Forgelight Ventures, representing a Fortune 100 company, for a new $1 billion, 300,000-square-foot data center in southwest Conway. The agreement outlines collaboration between Conway Corp. and the company to establish essential infrastructure, including water, wastewater, sewer, fiber optics, and power (initially 13.8 kV, expanding to 10 MW).

The city will also provide a minimum 65% tax abatement for 30 years, during which the company will pay a high-voltage electric franchise fee determined by the city in partnership with Entergy Arkansas.
