The Next Frontier Indiana Campus is an AI-optimized data center development located on a 140-acre property in New Lebanon, Sullivan County, Indiana. Incubated by Coatue Management and developed via the Meridian Arc HoldCo joint venture, the project consists of two turnkey data center buildings and a dedicated on-site electrical substation powered by Hoosier Energy and WIN Energy.
The campus is fully anchored by a 15-year master lease with AI cloud provider Fluidstack to host workloads for advanced AI models, with the entire commercial agreement credit-guaranteed by Google. Funded via a $5.7 billion senior secured notes issuance, the infrastructure is scheduled to begin delivering capacity in late 2026, with the first operational data hall going online in July 2027.
