The Abernathy Campus is a massive AI data center project in West Texas, structured as a strategic partnership between three major players. TeraWulf acts as the primary developer and majority owner (51%), providing the physical infrastructure, 120-acre site, and power management. Fluidstack, an AI cloud services provider, holds the remaining 49% stake and manages the specialized high-performance computing hardware.

Crucially, Google serves as the project's financial anchor; while not the direct owner, Google has provided a $1.3 billion investment-grade backstop to guarantee the facility’s long-term leases, effectively securing this high-density computing power to fuel its own AI ecosystem and strategic partners.

The facility is expected to be delivered in the second half of 2026.
