Bitcoin mining company Bit Digital acquired Enovum in November 2024.

Enovum acquired a roughly 946,585 sq ft (87,940 sqm) industrial/manufacturing facility and its nearly 95-acre land for $53.2 million in Madison. The purchase also includes specific machinery and equipment. Although detailed plans remain undisclosed, the agreement suggests Enovum intends to repurpose the site as a data center. This acquisition represents Enovum's initial venture outside of Canada.
