The Eco TIP West Data Center is a massive proposed campus planned for the Triangle Innovation Point West business park in North Carolina.

Spearheaded by local developer Kirk J. Bradley of Lee-Moore Capital Company, the $11 million development project is slated to feature at least five 223,400-square-foot buildings intended partly for cryptocurrency mining. However, the plans have hit a significant roadblock, becoming the subject of a legal battle after Chatham County passed a one-year moratorium on data centers due to community pushback regarding the project's environmental and local impacts.
