Mineral Gap Data Center Campus is a highly secure, compliant, and regulated Uptime Institute Certified Tier III data center campus. Mineral Gap was initially built to provide U.S. agency clients and their contractors a state-of-the-art private solution to rival on-premise secure data center facilities.

Mineral Gap is a 65,000-square-foot secure data center campus located on a 22-acre site in Wise County. Its key features include:
* Dedicated data halls, suites and cages to limit traffic.
* Diverse fiber providers supply multiple redundant routes into the facility.
* Designed with N+2 redundancy; requires no shutdowns for equipment replacement and maintenance.
* Mission-critical components are protected by a redundant delivery path for power and cooling.
* Up to 45 MW of power, low-cost electricity, and an estimated PUE of 1.2.
