Dalia Power Energies is an independent power producer and the largest private electricity supplier in Israel, founded in 2005. It is held by a listed parent group whose bonds trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company generates electricity mainly from natural gas, supplemented by renewable sourcing, and operates two power stations together with a battery storage facility. It supplies power directly to business and residential customers at rates below the national utility, without requiring changes to existing infrastructure, having been an early participant in the liberalization of the national electricity market. In 2024 it acquired a major power station near the Port of Ashdod through a privatization tender. Dalia also serves as the initiator, landowner, and dedicated power supplier for a large data center planned nearby, which is being developed by a separate joint venture.
