Hyderabad-based CtrlS Data Centers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Uttarakhand government to establish a new edge data center in the state. This project, announced in 2023, represents an investment of Rs 250 crore.

As stated in 2023, the proposed CtrlS Rated-4 greenfield data center in Uttarakhand is expected to be operational within the next eight to ten years. Once completed, it will provide a range of services including colocation, managed services, and cloud services, designed to host mission-critical workloads for businesses.
