Core Scientific has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Polaris DS LLC (Polaris Technologies) for approximately $421 million in cash. The strategic move allows Core Scientific to secure 440MW of gross power and above 40 acres of land adjacent to its existing Muskogee campus.
