Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS), operating through a 50:50 joint venture with Indian real estate developer RMZ Corp, is developing a hyperscale data center campus in Jagannadhapuram, Visakhapatnam.
Spanning 200 acres within Andhra Pradesh's Anandapuram tech corridor, the multi-phase project recently received approval from the state's State Investment Promotion Committee (SIPC). Designed to accommodate high-density cloud and AI workloads, the landmark facility marks a significant strategic expansion beyond Colt’s established developments in Navi Mumbai and Chennai, with construction targeted to begin by 2027.
