Data Center Development in Wisconsin delayed

The plans for a massive 500-acre data center campus in Greenleaf, Wisconsin, have come to an abrupt halt after Cloverleaf Infrastructure officially withdrew its proposal.
Despite offering local landowners between $50,000 and $120,000 per acre, the developer abandoned the project after village officials explicitly signaled that Greenleaf was no longer open to the development. While this decision keeps the rural northeastern Wisconsin landscape unchanged for now, Cloverleaf remains active in the state; the company continues to move forward with a 1,900-acre project near Port Washington, where industry giant Vantage is expected to develop facilities.
