Site planned for 2027 and has expansions through 2028
Lot Size: 271 acres

Located in Austin County, Texas, the Sealy site is CleanSpark’s flagship development for its strategic pivot into the artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (HPC) sectors. This 271-acre campus is being engineered from the ground up as a next-generation "AI factory," featuring advanced liquid immersion cooling technology through a partnership with Submer to handle the thermal demands of high-density GPU clusters.

With substation construction already underway and critical long-lead equipment secured, the site is on a fast-track schedule for initial energization in the first half of 2027, eventually serving as the anchor for CleanSpark’s broader regional power hub in the Houston corridor.
