A massive new digital infrastructure project is taking shape in northern France, as the Somme Sud-Ouest Community of Municipalities (CC2SO) seeks an operator for a major hyperscale campus at the Bosquel Business Park. Strategically located between Paris and Lille, the site offers 33 hectares of immediately available land with the potential to scale up to 1.4GW of power capacity. With 240MW expected within two years and a fast-track grid connection supported by RTE, the project is designed to attract high-performance computing, AI, and cloud giants.
