Lot Size: 110 acres

Blockchain venture builder Blockmate Ventures is advancing a High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI data center campus on a 110-acre industrial site in Wyoming.

Strategically situated half a mile from a major power substation with dual-carrier fiber connectivity, the project has evolved from its initial Bitcoin mining model into a high-density AI infrastructure opportunity targeting hyperscalers and enterprise compute tenants. The site is structured for a multi-stage rollout—starting with an initial pilot deployment before scaling through a $55 million follow-on expansion phase, and ultimately reaching its full campus potential as co-development partnerships and power purchase agreements are finalized.
