The proposal for the Meramec Valley Technology Park has been officially withdrawn by BLE Landholdings (Beltline Energy) following the rejection of its rezoning request. The project was planned as a 16-building campus on roughly 500 acres in Franklin County, Missouri. It was designed for high-density workloads with a phased power rollout over six years.

The facility was projected to use 1.5 million gallons of water daily for cooling. In return, the developer planned to fund municipal wastewater upgrades for the City of Pacific.

Franklin County denied the rezoning request in April 2026 due to environmental concerns and potential conflicts of interest. In August 2026, shortly after Pacific enacted a one-year moratorium on data centers, Beltline Energy formally withdrew the application, canceling the project.
