While the project remains under strict NDA without an official title, it has already generated significant local impact, driving land acquisition offers well above market rates. However, the proposal faces substantial headwinds, including environmental scrutiny and a mobilized opposition group of 1,600 residents. The Mason County Fiscal Court is scheduled to review the proposal next.
