Lot Size: 173 acres

Amazon Web Services is advancing plans to establish its first data center in the province of Teruel, located in La Puebla de Híjar. The company has secured an option to purchase 70 hectares of land situated along the N-232 highway, in close proximity to the Venta del Barro industrial park. This facility will be designed to support artificial intelligence operations, with construction scheduled to commence in the fall of 2027.
