Amazon: Kline Township Campus

Site planned for 2028 and has expansions through 2032
Lot Size: 346 acres

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding its footprint in Pennsylvania with a massive new data center campus proposed for a 346-acre site in Kline Township. Following its 2025 land acquisition for $178 million, AWS plans to construct more than ten buildings totaling 2.5 million square feet on Lofty Road, repurposing land originally intended for a large-scale warehouse. This project is a key pillar of Amazon’s broader $20 billion investment pledge in the state, joining existing developments in Salem and Falls Townships.

The campus is expected to create between 250 and 300 full-time jobs upon completion.
