  • The tech giant has submitted plans for two separate sites in Mesa, each containing two 227,000 square foot data center buildings.
  • The Pecos Campus spans 71.3 acres at 10464 E. Pecos Road, just east of the Legacy Park sports complex.
  • The other site is a 42.9-acre property located off Elliot Road, adjacent to Apple's existing data center in Mesa.
  • Amazon acquired both Mesa properties in December 2021, paying $16.9 million for the Elliot Road land and over $18 million for the Pecos Road site.
