March 2022: The Town of Donnacona announced that Microsoft would build in its industrial park.
November 2023: Microsoft announced a US$500 million investment in four data centres around Quebec City.
February 2024: Construction began, under a US$265 million building permit.
September 2024: The superstructure was complete.
2024: Generators began arriving at the end of the year.
November 2025: The data centre building was completed.
