The Colt campus in Chiba was opened in 2011 and hosts three facilities; Inzai 1 is an 8.4MW data center with 4,000 square meters (43,055 sq ft) of white space. Inzai 2 has 15MW of potential power capacity and 5,000 square meters (53,820 sq ft) of white space. The third building, Inzai 3 is under construction and will be delivered in 2020.

Inzai 2 utilizes direct expansion (DX) cooling and was designed to withstand earthquakes that occur frequently in Japan: the building sits on a bed of springs capable of holding 125 tons per square meter, isolating it from any seismic activity.

Inzai 3 is the largest facility currently under construction in the global Colt DCS portfolio in the APAC region.
Inzai 3 will be a 27MW hyperscale facility with 8,000 sqm of server space, and the company revealed that the he latest enhancements to the design of the facility will be to the data halls, set to now be 1,000 sqm.
Inzai 3 will have a power density of 3.375kW per sqm The data centre facility will be based across four floors, eight 1000 sqm data halls, with a floor dedicated to storage, electrical and HVAC resources, as well as a mezzanine floor for offices and workspaces.
