Vantage is constructing a campus with three data centers outside Dublin, Ireland. The company has demolished an abandoned single-story dwelling and outbuilding to construct two two-story data centers with a gross floor area of 40,589 sqm on an 8.7-hectare plot within the townlands of Ballybane and Kilbride within Profile Park, Clondalkin.

  • The first data center, known as DUB 11, has a gross floor area of 24,667 sqm.
  • DUB 12 has a gross floor area of 12,915 sq m.
  • In the third phase, Vantage plans to build DUB 13, a two-story data center with a plant at roof level, offering 12,893 sqm (138,780 sq ft) of floorspace and incorporating 13 emergency backup generators.
