Scannell Properties proposes the Scannell Technology Park on about 106 acres in Monticello Township, Minnesota. The site lies between the Otter Creek Crossing Industrial Park and 90th Street NW, next to Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park.
- Plan: four buildings of about 320,000 sq ft each, built in phases.
- Land use: In May 2026 the city reguided the western 68 acres to residential use, leaving about 38 acres guided Light Industrial. The city's data center ordinance allows data centers only on Light Industrial land, so the remaining land fits about one building.
- Status: The project is at concept stage. The land is unannexed township land, and Wright County adopted a one-year moratorium on new data center applications in township areas in May 2026.
