Location. The campus sits at Korovinskoye Shosse 37-41 in Zapadnoye Degunino, Moscow's Northern Administrative District, near Rechnoy Vokzal metro. Mosenergo's gas-fired TETs-21, Europe's largest combined heat and power plant, adjoins it to the west. A 110/10/6 kV substation (No. 604, Korovino) stands about 150 m to the north.
Ownership. DataLine, part of Inline Technologies Group (ITG), developed the site after its first Moscow data center on Borovaya Street. It built the campus in stages, from small air-cooled DX buildings to a four-storey chilled-water building. In January 2020, Rostelecom's subsidiary TsKhD closed its purchase of 100% of DataLine for RUB 17.5 billion. Rostelecom-TsOD, now RTK-TsOD, runs the campus. RTK-TsOD now labels the buildings "Korovinsky".
Power and infrastructure. Two independent city feeds from the Moscow cable network (now Rosseti Moscow Region) supply the site, reserved 2N.
- The older buildings share step-down transformers and use FG Wilson containerized gensets.
- The largest building has four independent energy centres. Each has two city inputs, two transformers, four 1,750 kW FG Wilson gensets and eleven UPS units, with 100 m³ of underground fuel.
- The newest building has a 2 x 3,150 kVA external supply.
Connectivity. Fiber links run to DataLine's Borovaya cluster and to the M9 and M10 carrier hotels. The site peers at MSK-IX, DATA-IX and RETN-IX, and more than 30 carriers serve it.
Milestones. The largest building holds Uptime Institute Tier III Design, Constructed Facility and Operational Sustainability (Silver) certificates. Its Operational Sustainability certificate was renewed in 2020. A newer building gained Tier III Design Documents certification in 2022.
