Data Center Campus
QTS Phoenix 3 is a planned hyperscale campus in Glendale, Arizona, on 375 acres north of Camelback Road and west of Loop 303 along Cotton Lane; the buildings carry Litchfield Park mailing addresses on West Camelback Road.
QTS bought the land from Merit Partners in July 2022 for $255 million; Merit had planned a logistics park on the site. QTS's filed plan calls for 16 data center buildings of about 180,000 sq ft each, roughly 3 million sq ft in total. QTS's location page lists PHX3 DC1 (17408 W Camelback Rd), DC2 (17428), DC9 (17236), DC13 (17316) and DC14 (17336).
QTS says the campus will use its water-free, closed-loop cooling system.
