JH1 is located within the Sedenak Tech Park (STeP), a premier 700-acre data center hub in Johor, Malaysia. As PDG’s flagship project, the JH1 campus is strategically positioned to meet the high-density requirements of hyperscalers expanding their footprint in Southeast Asia.

Occupying 128,000 m² of land, JH1 is a carrier-neutral site featuring a design PUE of ≤1.4. The campus will consist of four buildings, the first of which successfully came online in July 2024.
