Data Center Campus
PowerHouse is constructing a hyperscale data center campus in Irving, Texas, at 111 Customer Way in the Las Colinas district. The project is a redevelopment of a former industrial site, planned as a three-building powered shell campus totaling ~946,000 sq ft on a 50-acre parcel. Designed to support large-scale cloud and AI workloads, the facility benefits from proximity to an existing substation and strong regional connectivity. Construction began in early 2025, with the first building reaching structural completion in March 2026, and further phases progressing across the campus.
