Data Center Campus
Hobart City Council unanimously approved the first reading of a rezoning ordinance on Wednesday, clearing the path for a new data center on a 168-acre site on 61st Avenue. The developer, Hobart Devco, LLC, proposes constructing six two-story buildings, each 292,000 square feet with a 75-foot maximum roof height, along with 450,000 square feet of outdoor equipment yards, six support buildings, and an approximately 11-acre detention pond.
