Oasis Digital: Wise Innovation Hub Campus

Oasis Digital Properties is developing the campus through Wise Innovation Hub Venture, near Lonesome Pine Regional Airport in Wise, Virginia. Red Post Energy, a Houston-based independent power producer, calls its power project for the site the Maverick Project.

• Site: The business park covers about 400 acres of former coal-mine land, with roughly 300 acres available.
• Plan: Nine buildings of about 240,000 sq ft each, roughly 2 million sq ft in total, built in phases over about 10 years.
• Power: Red Post Energy plans an on-site natural gas power plant. About 20-30% of its output would return to the grid.
• Cooling: Early plans cited geothermal cooling from about 10 billion gallons of 52°F underground mine water.
• Zoning: The park is already zoned industrial, so no rezoning is needed. Permitting and environmental reviews remain.
• Milestones: Red Post Energy and Wise Innovation Hub Venture signed a letter of intent in December 2025.
• Sister projects: Oasis also co-founded data center projects in King George, Russell and Greensville counties.
